Marc Miron has been the personal chef to the Rolling Stones—in three different countries. He has prepared meals for royalty, a number of leaders of the free world and a room full of discerning international food critics. And when celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay needed to cater his book-launching event in Sydney, Australia, he called on Marc Miron.

When Marc graduated from chef college in Ottawa, little did he realize that he was about to embark on a journey that would take him to some of the best restaurants in the world before bringing him home to the place he was born and raised.

His wife, Chantal, a well-regarded chef in her own right who worked for the Four Seasons, as well, joined Marc on his travels but took time off from her career to raise their two beautiful children.

For almost two decades, Marc ran restaurants for the world-renowned Four Seasons Hotels in places such as Nevis, West Indies; Sydney, Australia; and Vancouver, Canada. He also spent five years running the kitchens for two Four Seasons resorts in Bali, Indonesia, where he started a cooking school that within one year, was listed as one of the top ten schools in the world.

And here they are now, right here in Orléans. After a career travelling the world, Marc and Chantal are realizing a lifelong dream, to share their passion for fresh and, wherever possible, locally grown food right here at home with their friends and neighbours.
