10 people who want to learn the tricks of the trade. Individuals can sign up for regular classes, as well.

Hands-on classes — You can be a chef for a night! After a demonstration by Chef Marc, you prepare and cook your own gourmet dinner before joining the other guests around the Chef's Table to enjoy the fruits of your labour. And you get to take the recipes home!
Demonstration classes — No pressure to perform here! Chef Marc will prepare the meal, giving you hints, tips and tricks—and the recipes—you can take home to use to impress friends and family. Then, join the other guests at the Chef's Table to enjoy Chef Marc's creation.
Wine-pairing classes — Enjoy a very special evening filled with great food and perfectly paired wines. During each cooking-class "semester," these classes are held during the last Friday of the month. .Chef for a Week — Here's your chance to spend a week in a state-of-the-art kitchen with a world-class chef! Chef Marc Miron spent a career preparing food for royalty and rock stars, prime ministers and presidents, business tycoons and stars of stage and screen all over the globe. Now, you can spend a week at his side learning the tricks of the trade and turning out fabulous food. For $599, you will learn skills for a lifetime that will help you plan and prepare dinners your friends and family will never forget. Go, team, go! — Build team spirit over a lunch filled with fun, competition and great food! You and your group of 10 to 20 people will start by watching Chef Marc create a special main dish. Then, after splitting into teams, you will be challenged to recreate that dish—without the recipe! After the judging, enjoy your creation at the Chef's Table. Cost: $50 per person.
Kids in the Kitchen — Saturday afternoon classes for young people between the ages of 8 and 12 are also available. It's the perfect way to celebrate a birthday or special event. About 90 minutes in length, participants get to prepare and enjoy a meal and take home the recipes. Minimum 10 kids. Cost: $30 per person
