It was a simple idea... Start with uncomplicated but unique dishes made with high-quality local ingredients using recipes we've perfected over the years in some of the finest restaurants in the world. Then, make them available both freshly prepared and frozen.

Seasonal starters, sauces and salads, marvelous meats and fresh fish. Perfect pastas, delicious desserts. Maybe we could even teach a few classes.
